Once we have confirmed to you by e-mail that the villa or apartment is available, you will then need to send us a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa rental cost. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payments should be made by bank transfer or by cheque. Balance of payment is due not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival at your holiday property. Payment can be made by cheque or crediting directly to our bank account.
