E-mail us details the property and dates of your choice using the enquiry form. We will then check availability and then confirm back to you. Once we have confirmed to you by e-mail that the villa or apartment is available, you will then need to fill in the booking form and send us a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa rental cost. Please note that your booking will not be guaranteed until we have received the completed booking form, your payment and we have sent you our reservation confirmation. For late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Methods of payment are explained in the booking form.

Balance of payment is due not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival at your holiday property. Once your final payment has been made, we will send you, by email, our final booking confirmation together with driving directions for the villa and a comprehensive accommodation guide.
